Ikemen Sengoku Wiki

"If i had known that you were my enemy from the start, i would have still fallen for you."

Yukimura Sanada (真田 幸村, Sanada Yukimura) is a warrior and a romanceable character in both the Japanese and English versions of Ikémen Sengoku. He is voiced by Kensho Ono.

Yukimura is often seen wearing his battle armor with red and black/gold accents.

He casually wears a red kimono with accents of black and a very light shade of brown.

He has brown hair and nut-brown eyes.

Loyal, Yukimura is a brash and assertive man. He is a devoted follower of Shingen Takeda, who he met when he was young.

Although his stubborn personality, there's a shy side of him that is not good when dealing with women.

  • The name Yukimura means "happiness, good luck" (幸) (yuki) and "town, village" (村) (mura).
  • Yukimura's surname Sanada means "real, genuine" (真) (sana) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).

  • It is revealed in the event "Love is Stronger Than the Sword" that, even if Yukimura prefers to fight with a spear, he has a sword.
    • Yukimura's sword is called "Senji-Muramasa".
    • Senji-Muramasa was given to Yukimura by Shingen when he was younger.
      • Shingen explains that the name Senji means "Child of the Senju-Kannon", also known as the Thousand-Armed Goddess of Mercy.
        • Shingen wanted Yukimura to be someone who fights to protect life rather than take it away, and always believed that would make him truly strong.
  • In his route, Yukimura's love rival is Sasuke.
    • This creates a unique situation where two warlords are each other's love rivals in their respective routes, as in Sasuke's route, Yukimura is his love rival.
